Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ICU / Step-Down RN Keyser, WV

Sunbelt is seeking a Registered Nurse for a contract position in Keyser, WV. This role supports a small ICU / Step-Down unit with occasional med-surg and telemetry floating.

Schedule & Shifts : 12-hour night shifts

Weekends as scheduled

Requirements : Active WV RN license

BLS certification; PALS preferred or willingness to obtain

Experience in critical care, step-down, or med-surg nursing

Comfortable working independently in a small ICU setting (4-bed ICU functioning primarily as step-down)

Able to float to med-surg / telemetry as needed (50-mile radius)

Experience managing drips (insulin, Cardizem, Levophed) and BiPAP patients

Unit Details :

ICU staffed 1 RN + 1 tech; ratio 2 : 1 (may go up to 4 : 1 for low-acuity patients)

Tele-ICU support via virtual intensivists from WVU

Local attending physicians manage patients on-site

Exposure to pediatric patients is a plus
