Preventative Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Technician will focus on preventative maintenance, scheduling of repairs and site visits to our Indiana-based properties.  The Facilities Technician will collaborate with the AVP of Property Management in making repair recommendations based on department and company goals & objectives, and will oversee repairs in a timely fashion, communicate progress and collaborate with the Facilities Team to ensure the staff and tenants are not heavily impacted by maintenance or mechanical issues.  Do you take pride in delivering excellent customer service to staff and tenants with a focus on maintenance, repair and inspections of facilities?  If yes, then APPLY TODAY!

After one year as our Facilities Technician, you will know you were successful if you do the following confidently and independently...

• Oversee preventive maintenance, scheduling of repairs, and inspections.
• Knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Maintain organized and shareable records.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Respond to helpdesk tickets according to established Service Level Expectations.
• Review Building Management System (BMS) daily and advise / report issues or concerns to management.
• Conduct routine and scheduled property walks.
• Assist with event set ups and company amenity needs.
• Routine visits to all Indiana locations
