A company is looking for a Learning & Development Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for learning platform users and maintain accurate user records
Pull and analyze usage reports, and provide comprehensive quarterly compliance reports
Design and create engaging training materials and conduct training sessions to meet identified skill gaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Human Resources, Training, or a related field
At least two years of experience in customer service, technical systems administration, or LMS administration
Experience with FTP processes and API connections preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to Learning Management Systems preferred
