Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connect and a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance as well as Property & Casualty Insurance. The role involves leading technical initiatives, ensuring seamless integration, and enhancing our API lifecycle management. This hybrid position requires a proactive individual who can drive innovation and efficiency in our day-to-day operations. Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft API solutions to support business objectives and enhance system integration.

Roles and Responsibility :

Oversee the development and deployment of API-led connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft API Lifecycle management, optimizing processes for improved efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Monitor and troubleshoot API performance, implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all API-related processes and solutions.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of MuleSoft technologies.

Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the API development lifecycle.
