Project Manager / Estimator

Lumicity is currently paired with a leading specialty contractor seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join their Oakland-based drywall team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-mid career professional with 3–10 years of experience in commercial construction who is looking to grow within a reputable and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in drywall and interior scopes, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to support projects from preconstruction through final closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of commercial drywall projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and safety standards
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to address scope, sequencing, and material issues
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and work order pricing
• Support the estimating and procurement process, including vendor coordination and subcontractor buyouts
• Conduct site visits to support field teams and ensure project quality and safety compliance
