Responsibilities :

Engage and interact with customers daily.

Attend Sales trainings and coaching camps on a weekly basis.

Foster team building and provide mentorship to fellow colleagues.

Provide exceptional customer experience from presentation through installation.

Assisting customers through the Roofing buying process from start-finish.

Qualifications :

Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Demonstrate self-motivation, integrity, and unwavering determination.

Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.

Naturally adept at building relationships and skilled in articulating thoughts and ideas.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
