Job Summary :
The Data Manager will be responsible for the collection, compilation, and reporting of data for the Community Impact Department.The Data Manager is supervised by Community Impact Senior Director.This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits. Duties and Responsibilities :
Ensure accurate and complete data entry of all program participant, agency, and neighbor surveys and demographic forms Develop and compile data reports and presentations on food bank performance related but not limited to product type, customer service, service quality and consistency, and gaps in service and need Complete submissions for monthly, quarterly, and annual programmatic data reports to major funders using SAGE, Salesforce or another assigned program Oversee the development and management of data collection forms Responsible for compiling and reporting data in response to intra-agency requests (i.e., Finance, Fund Development, Communications, Agency Relations, etc.) Responsible for ongoing internal evaluation by compiling department data and identifying data trends that may impact the organizational strategic plan and departmental goals Responsible for managing and updating the department’s statistics on the organizational intranet and related dashboards Generate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related forms for data management Ensure all databases have accurate records by reviewing source documents for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies at local and state levels Manage workflow by scheduling, tracking and managing multiple deadlines Continuously assess data processes for efficiency and identify opportunities to utilize innovative technology and LEAN methods Work on special projects and other duties as assigned for the Community Impact Department.
