Finance Lead For Fleet Ballistic Missile Program

This person is responsible for acting as a finance lead on the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. Tasks include :
- Baselining projects over programmatic lifecycle
- Development of performance metrics and preparation of related reports
- Providing guidance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Finance Analysts
- Analyzing variances and developing corrective action plans
- Assisting in the development of review materials for internal and Government interfaces
- Utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) data to provide information to the management team to enable sound business decisions
- Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses

Basic qualifications include :
5+ years experience managing or analyzing financial data or performanceBachelor's or Masters degree or higher level degreeAbility to work with EVM guidelines and processes or any other related systemsMicrosoft Office skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceDesired skills include :

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this position : 9x80 every other Friday offPay rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
