Essential Job Functions : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. : What Youll Do :

• Hit the streets daily to promote and sell IWSs waste and recycling services.
• Build a strong book of business by signing new accounts and renewing existing ones.
• Develop strategic sales plans to crush revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of service and customer satisfaction.
• Keep your CRM updated with every win and lead

IWSs base pay actually offered takes into account a range of factors including, but not limited to, internal equity, the candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Salary Range Minimum : USD $55,000.00 / Yr. Salary Range Maximum : USD $140,000.00 / Yr.
