A company is looking for a Sports Marketing Ticket Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily monitoring and troubleshooting of inventory feed in Ticketmanager
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level executives, stakeholders, and attendees
Maintain and update the Sports Marketing Hospitality Calendar and respond to ticket inquiries
Qualifications :
Proven ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing support in high-pressure environments
Strong technical proficiency with Excel, Word, and SharePoint
Highly detail-oriented and disciplined in maintaining accurate records and documents
Nice to have : familiarity with Ticketmanager, Workfront, and Splash
