Senior Vice President Of Business Development, High Consequence Missions
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Vice President of Business Development, High Consequence Missions (HCM) to join our team! In this role, you will be a strategic and technical growth leader who will shape and drive Parsons cyber, electronic warfare (EW), C5ISRT, and multi-domain operations portfolio. This is a unique role for an executive who combines deep technical knowledge, a sharp strategic mindset, and an ability to drive mission impact at scale. This leader will be immersed in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Communityunderstanding customer and mission needs, anticipating evolving threats, and delivering innovative, integrated solutions that advance national security.
This role is about more than just managing a book of business : We are looking for a growth leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, leverage deep domain expertise in offensive and defensive cyber operations, EW, and full kill-chain solutions, and deliver outcomes that shape the future of our national security missions. You will play a critical role in positioning Parsons to support current and emerging missions across U.S. Cyber Command, service cyber components, intelligence agencies, and multi-domain mission commands.
The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational discipline, and collaborative leadership to mature a $10B+ qualified pipeline, target $250M+ contract opportunities, and achieve a book-to-bill ratio >
1.0x. This role will directly contribute to shaping Parsons role in delivering next-generation cyber, C5ISRT, and EW capabilities for the nations most critical missions.
This will be a hybrid role with preference to be based out of one of our major Parsons locations : Northern Virginia / DC Metro, Huntsville AL, Colorado Springs CO.
What Youll Be Doing :
Shape and execute Parsons growth strategy for cyber, EW, and C5ISRT, directly supporting our Defense & Intelligence sector roadmap and mission priorities.
Achieve and exceed sales, awards, and book-to-bill targets, delivering large-scale offensive and defensive cyber programs, mission systems, EW solutions, and SIGINT / signal processing.
1.0x annually, with a focus on quarterly metrics.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business development and capture professionals who are technically astute, customer-focused, and mission-driven.
Build and mature a robust pipeline, focusing on volume (qualified opportunities), velocity (pursuit pace), and quality (win probability enhancement through capture and positioning). Deliver measurable booking results aligned to strategic pursuits, including targeting >
$250M+ prime opportunities. Drive annual growth through development and conversion of a qualified opportunity pipeline valued at $10B+.
Identify and cultivate key strategic partnerships with technology innovators, system integrators, and mission-focused R&D organizations to strengthen Parsons market positioning.

Salary Range : $220,500.00 - $409,500.00. This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
