Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help care for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live at our Mantua location.

Opening :

  • Direct Support Professional (DSP)
  • Location :  Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.
  • Schedule : 1st Shift : 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm or 2nd Shift : 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm or 3rd Shift : 10 : 30pm-7 : 00am, every other weekend and holiday required, flexible scheduling.
  • Guaranteed full-time 40 hours per week or part-time 24 hours per week.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma / GED, preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old

    • Duties :

  • Help with everyday living skills such as bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments.
  • Document accomplishments and attend meetings and trainings regarding persons served.
  • Maintain contact with family members and provide updates of their loved ones.
  • Communicate with other healthcare professionals and work together as a team.
  • Know that reliability, punctuality and commitment to this job are very important in providing the best care to our persons served.
