The Role :
We're looking for a self-motivated Commercial Service Account Manager to drive growth for our commercial HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler services. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage accounts, secure maintenance contracts and inspections, and help shape the future of our service division.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business and secure recurring commercial service contracts
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring top-notch service
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track leads, opportunities, and client activity in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling
