Allied Universal is hiring a General Manager. The General Manager collaborates with the Regional Vice President to oversee employees and operational activities at one or more branch security locations and client sites. As a leader, you will drive profitable business growth by providing world class service to clients in various vertical markets like healthcare, commercial real estate, government, and hospitality. Aligning with our iCARE Leadership approach, you will be a guide on our journey to be an employer of choice in the service industry by fostering an exceptional employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

This is a newly created leadership role - a chance to build, shape, and lead a high-performing team supporting NYC's most critical government clients.

• You'll be the key liaison for high-stakes government accounts - ensuring smooth transitions, strong client relationships, and full compliance in a highly regulated environment.
