The Role :

The VP of Finance will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This individual will provide financial insight to support decision-making, ensure operational efficiency, and partner with executives to drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and grow the finance and accounting team

Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and risk management

Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning

Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities

Implement systems and processes to support scalability

Qualifications :

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience (construction industry preferred)

Expertise in GAAP, job costing, and project-based accounting

Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach

Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
