GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Oversee and manage the field duties of a project, including but not limited to, layout, access, staging, storage, deliveries, erection, bracing, equipment, and personnel. Responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective performance of the project field activities. Reports to the Field Operations Manager or Vice President of Construction Services.
Salary range ($67,700.00-$90,000.00). Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Have an extensive knowledge of precast concrete components and the erection process of a precast projectSupervise the installation process on the job siteProvide leadership and direction to the field foreman and labor crewCoordinate with dispatch daily for load times & sequencePromote and enforce safety in every area of the workWork closely with the field staff of the General Contractor to facilitate the workPerform field checks for dimensional and access coordinationEnsure product is properly aligned vertical and horizontal with survey equipmentOversee compliance with company policies, safety procedures, PCI requirements, and OSHA standardsWrite and submit NCR’s as necessarySource necessary equipment and parts to comply with erection scheduleAssist Field Operations Manager with conducting early jobsite visits to coordinate start date, crane & truck access, and project concerns with clientDetermine the proper installation sequence based on the site and precast production schedule to work efficientlyComplete PCI field audit paperwork and submit in a timely manner.Follow the bracing procedures and job specific plan on every project.Complete special projects as requested and perform other duties as assignedEDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
5 years of field construction experience consideredBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferredOSHA 30 Hour training required (will be provided)Must have interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customersFamiliarity with OSHA regulationsAbility to read and understand architectural, structural, and precast construction drawings necessaryProven ability to plan field projects and direct employeesAbility to read and understand crane chartsKnowledge of survey equipmentMust be motivated and self-driven to complete a taskAbility to build erection sequence of precast membersAbility to properly size and locate a crane for most efficient erection of precastMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office suite requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionallyPhysically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands / forearms repetitively and frequentlyAbility to move around for up to 12 hours per dayAbility to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequentlyWORKING CONDITIONS
