Job Summary
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Analyst, Affiliate Marketing Partnerships to join our team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and an interest in the fast-paced fintech industry. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to the affiliate team, helping to onboard new partners, monitor campaigns, and ensure the program runs smoothly every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Support : Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day affiliate inquiries. Help new partners get set up in our system, coordinate contracts, and share the latest promotional materials and company news.
- Performance Monitoring : Keep a close eye on affiliate performance to spot trends, issues, and opportunities. You'll help compile reports by pulling data from our affiliate network.
- Compliance & Brand : Conduct routine checks to make sure our partners are following brand guidelines and all relevant financial regulations. Escalate any potential fraud or non-compliant behavior to your manager.
- Operational Tasks : Manage our affiliate network platform by updating creative assets, tracking links, and terms. You'll also help with administrative tasks like processing invoices and reconciling commission payments to ensure affiliates are paid on time and accurately.
- Collaboration : Work with internal teams like Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure all affiliate activities align with company policy and that partners have the best and most up-to-date materials.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or operations role.A basic understanding of digital or performance marketing is a plus.Experience in the fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated industry is preferred but not required.Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong willingness to learn.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
