Position Summary

The Director is responsible for leading the overall management and strategic direction of the Revitalize U Medical Spa & Salon practice, with a focus on ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services, outstanding client experience, and exceptional performance. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, budget administration, development and execution of marketing initiatives, staff training and development, and adherence to all company policies and industry regulations. The position emphasizes business growth, a professional and welcoming environment, and building Revitalize U’s reputation for excellence.

Position Responsibilities

Operational Leadership :

• Direct and oversee all Revitalize U practice operations , including staff supervision, client services, cost control and financial performance, inventory control, marketing initiatives, regulatory compliance, and facility maintenance to ensure a high-quality customer experience and consistent business growth.
• Collaborate with medical director and other leaders to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Establish and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing and accreditation regulations.
