2nd Shift Supervisor

Hours : 3 : 45 p.m. - 2 : 15 a.m.

Pay : $15-$20 based on experience

The 2nd shift Supervisor will be responsible for :

  • Overseeing the production operations on 2nd shift
  • Preparing work schedules
  • Ensuring products are warehoused correctly
  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Maintains knowledge of company processes and equipment / machinery
  • Ensures all employees are complying with safety policies & procedures

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements is preferred
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict is essential
  • Proficient with MS Office applications to complete reports & logs
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, along with excellent organizational & management skills
  • Demonstrated skills with training & developing team members
  • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Requirements :

    Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

    Steel Toed Boots are required
