This position s erves as the Facilities Operations Analyst and reports directly to the Assistant Director of Administration and Facilities Operations and is responsible for the College of Nursing buildings including Newton Hall, Jane E. Heminger Hall, 760 Kinnear Road, and Total Health Care Clinic locations. This position assists in leasing space, planning and coordinating all space renovation projects with the offices of Planning, Architecture, and Real Estate (PARE) and Facilities, Design and Construction (FDC); installations and refurbishments of technology, new furniture and equipment; managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards; and inspecting buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs in conjunction with Facilities Operations and Development (FOD).
This person is well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Serves as College lead for on-site construction / renovation projects, coordinates with contracted custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, external construction companies, and controls activities including parking space allocation, waste disposal, shredding, building security, etc.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years of relevant experience required.
Desired Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
