The CSP Civil Foreman leads a three to twelve-person team, responsible for the installation of civil structures and activities while ensuring the safety of others and the quality assurance of the product. This is a hands-on position; the Civil Foreman will be expected to be hands on in the field. This position is for all solar projects in the United States. Must be willing to travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Organization, flexibility, outstanding customer focus and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to :

• Participate in daily safety meetings with subcontractors and clients.
• Participate in the daily toolbox talks and / or the Construction Manager's morning meeting.
• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and practices.
• Adhere to all Company and industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure good housekeeping throughout site.
• Complete Safety Observation Cards (minimum of 1 per day).
• Verify all material deliveries, to include counts and signing Material Transfer Forms (MTFs).
• Follow proper safety procedures when using heavy equipment and support equipment.
• Develop and maintain a positive company image, both internally with fellow employees and with customers.
• Responsible for the upkeep of all company-issued tools and equipment.
