Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our Columbia, SC client is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, machinery repair, and the daily operations of our Anodizing Production Line.

This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities—perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing projects, and leading a team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and schedule the maintenance team while coordinating outside service vendors.
• Perform and oversee building maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and the Anodizing Line , including plating and CNC machinery , to ensure smooth production.
• Order parts, track maintenance records, and report on cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards, enforcing workplace compliance and 5S organization.
• Support production and quality teams with repair needs quickly and effectively.
