Job Description

This CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer will :

  • Develop and optimize multi-axis CNC machining processes
  • Program CNC machines (hyperMILL preferred) and refine setups
  • Design and build custom fixtures for machining and inspection
  • Conduct first article prove-outs and process validation
  • Implement lights-out machining and automation strategies
  • Interpret CMM data and adjust machining for accuracy
  • Collaborate with quality team to solve production issues
  • Document setups and support repeatable production
  • Mentor junior programmers and drive process improvement

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer should have :

  • 6+ yrs CNC programming (multi-axis, mill / turn)
  • hyperMILL expertise (Fusion 360, NX, ESPRIT a plus)
  • Strong GD&T, tooling, and precision machining knowledge
  • Lights-out machining and automation experience
  • Fixture design / fabrication and advanced probing skills
  • Titanium, Inconel, and high-performance materials exposure
  • Troubleshooting and process optimization ability
  • US citizen / green card (ITAR compliance)
