Develop and implement individualized pain management plans that may include pharmacological Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures, including but not limited to nerve blocks, Educate patients and their families on the nature of their condition, treatment options, and pain Provide ongoing support and counseling to help patients manage chronic pain and improve their Stay current with medical literature, CME and DOH policy Keep up-to-date ICD 10, CPT code as well as insurance requirement Surgical Interventions Perform surgical procedures that meet medical necessity, including minimally invasive surgeries Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and other specialists on complex cases Excel at customer service, treating patients and coworkers with courtesy, respect and Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients and other team Strong interpersonal skills and excellent beside manners are crucial to being a good doctor. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Ability to work independently Time management skills to be able to see a high number of patients Maintains productive work schedule, charting in a timely manner. Demonstrates flexibility in staffing department, with the ability to adjust schedules to meet Strong communication skills Superior customer service skills Problem solving skills Strong computer skills Current License for the State of Washington preferred. Position overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pain Medicine Physician with surgical experience to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, managing, and treating chronic pain, with the capability to perform interventional pain procedures and related surgeries. This role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive pain management plans tailored to individual patient needs.
