KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Grace Beginnings Academy Admissions Coordinator will oversee the process from first inquiry to first day of attendance for each child.

Prospective Families + Tours :

• Schedule and provide tours for prospective families.
• Create materials and handouts to be given to families on tours.
• Plan events for prospective families and new families.
• Build systems for recruiting new families through marketing and promotional events.
