Join Technipaq in Crystal Lake and help ensure the quality of packaging that supports medical and pharmaceutical customers. In this hands-on role, you’ll validate materials and product at every stage of production and keep our lines running at peak performance 24 hours a day.

Role highlights

• Verify incoming materials, in-process work, and finished goods via tests, gauging, and instrument inspections.
• Interpret product specifications and confirm critical dimensions down to 1 / 16 of an inch.
• Document findings and complete straightforward production reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; report directly to the Quality Manager.

Who we are

Technipaq is a family-owned converter established in 1984. We operate more than 100,000 square feet across three facilities, employing 180+ team members. Our operations include laminating, slitting, sheeting, die cutting, fabricating, and flexographic printing for pouches, lids, and roll stock made from foil, film, Tyvek, and paper laminates.
