Affordable Asset Manager / Senior Associate
The Senior Associate / Asset Manager will oversee a portfolio of real estate assets, focusing on maximizing property performance, revenue, and value. This role involves analyzing financial performance, implementing operational strategies, and collaborating with property management and acquisitions teams to ensure asset growth and compliance. The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of experience in multifamily and / or affordable housing, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to execute business plans that optimize occupancy, cash flow, and long-term investment returns.
