A company is looking for an Oracle Revenue Management Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Oracle RMCS systems, resolving advanced issues
Monitor support queues, ensuring SLAs are met and tickets are prioritized effectively
Lead root cause analysis and permanent resolution efforts for recurring incidents
Required Qualifications
Strong experience with Oracle ERP and EPM systems
Proven ability to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Oracle RMCS
Experience with support documentation and standard operating procedures
Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management software
Experience in systems implementation methodologies, including waterfall and agile
