Summary :
We’re seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Customer Service Sales Representative to be part of our growing team! Our agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service. This position will be responsible for assisting the Personal Lines team through customer support tasks.
Customer Service Sales Representative Duties :
- Assist with inbound customer calls
- Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
- Follow-up with existing and potential clients
- Review billing questions with clients
- Perform other duties as assigned

Property & Causality and / or Life & Health License (must have or be able to obtained within 45 days)Previous sales experience (With Farmers Insurance a plus)Confident, self-starter who works independentlyEducation :
