This is a full-time, 12-month, benefited position in the 3000 broadband, exempt from FLSA (not overtime eligible).

SALARY :

JOB SUMMARY :
Reporting to the Assistant CIO, Administration, the Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic leader and trusted advisor within NDUS Core Technology Services. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive human capital strategy that supports the division’s mission, fosters a high-performing culture, and drives organizational excellence. This role provides expert oversight and consultation on NDUS human resource policies, personnel matters, and employee programs—including benefits and retirement—ensuring alignment with institutional goals and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include -Talent Management & Workforce Development, Employee Relations & Performance Management, Compensation & HR Operations, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Recruitment & Onboarding and Policy Development & Compliance. This position is responsible for managing daily operations and directly supervising two support staff members. The Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources with technology-driven innovation, empowering CTS staff and administrators to thrive in a dynamic and mission-critical environment.
