A company is looking for a Claims Specialist II to process, investigate, negotiate, and settle various claims.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze claims to determine the need for additional investigation
Communicate directly with third parties and customers to investigate, negotiate, and conclude claims
Evaluate, approve, and pay claims up to a pre-approved limit based on serviced products
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of customer service experience, including demonstrated teleservice skills
2+ years of claim processing experience, preferably in disability
Demonstrated mathematical aptitude and ability to interpret medical and insurance documentation
Fluency in Spanish (verbal / written) preferred
