What You'll Do

As a Staff Engineer I - System Integration Engineer, you'll oversee IT infrastructure systems, applications, and cloud services to maintain data flow and operations. In this role, you'll identify development needs, support projects, facilitate team communications, and ensure process compliance. Additionally, you'll leverage cloud services experience and strict adherence to procedures when building or onboarding new environments.

• Utilize Azure and AWS knowledge to support cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards through review and refinement of controls.
• Expand application monitoring tools like SolarWinds and AppDynamics.
• Collaborate with business units on cloud needs and project delivery.
• Create and implement transaction-specific performance metrics; develop reference architecture and diagrams.
• Coordinate with tower teams to develop cloud applications.
• Apply engineering principles for reliability and recovery.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
• Follow risk and cybersecurity policies.
• Work independently on assignments from concept to completion.
