As a growing company, we are currently seeking an experienced master sheet metal mechanic / installer to join our team and support our continued expansion. We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment where quality work is valued and rewarded.

Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a licensed master sheet metal mechanic / installer to join our residential installation team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ductwork fabrication and installation and will be committed to delivering high-caliber service by state and local codes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Measure, fabricate, and install residential HVAC ductwork and related systems.
  • Install HVAC equipment such as air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and related systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.

    • Requirements :

  • Massachusetts Master Sheet Metal License.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HVAC sheet metal experience.
  • Proficient in ductwork layout, fabrication, and field installation.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required before employment.

    • Compensation :

  • $50-$60 per hour (Based on experience and license level)
