Responsibilities :

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our legal team. Your responsibilities will include :

• Drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assisting in the preparation of trial by organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, scheduling witnesses, and ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
• Managing document review and discovery processes efficiently and effectively.
• Utilizing legal case management software to track and manage cases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Conducting legal research and writing to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members to facilitate case progression.
• Adhering to all legal compliance requirements and staying updated on any changes in laws and regulations relevant to personal injury litigation.
• Providing bilingual Spanish support to clients, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
