Position Overview

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership on both strategic and day-to-day operational priorities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (shipping volume, turnaround times, inventory accuracy).
- Optimize freight and logistics procedures to maximize cost savings.
- Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and contingency strategies.
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to enhance processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
- Support the development of a reliable operational environment that enables growth.
