Pay : Range starts at $17.75 / hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Schedule : Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm (+1 Saturday a month for 3 hours)

Job Summary & Deliverables
The UA coordinator performs a variety of duties that include observing, collecting and packaging client urine samples, as well as administrative and clerical tasks to facilitate the continuity of client care.
Observes and collects urine samplesLabels, documents, and prepares samples for processingFollows universal precautions and all OSHA standards when handling samplesAdheres strictly to HIPAA guidelinesMaintains a clean, sanitary, and private collection spaceSends renewal authorizations and concurrent reviews and checks status of insurance for clientsInputs OQ scores and RANT assessment scores to online databaseRequirements : Education
