You'll drive the company's marketing strategy, sales enablement initiatives, and overall brand presence. You'll lead and inspire a talented marketing team while collaborating closely with sales, and executive leadership to achieve ambitious business objectives. In this role, you'll be a champion of our brand and culture. You'll ensure consistency across all communications and position our organization as a trusted leader in the marketplace. What Will You Get To Do :

  • Strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning
  • Define the appropriate marketing organization for the company, including evaluating staff roles, responsibilities, and priorities
  • Be an internal advocate and drive an energetic, customer centric company culture
  • Oversee marketing communications and sales support including branding, public relations, white papers, trade shows, seminars, CEU programs and events, collateral materials, website and intranet design and content
  • Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with sales team for lead tracking and management
  • Work closely with Sales to develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs.
  • Direct and oversee customer research across all markets to define product requirements, collaborating with engineering on product development, pricing strategies, and full product lifecycle management
  • Work with the Chief Commercial Officer and other executive team members to identify and develop strategic alliances and work with sales to close / grow the entire marketing budget
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs
  • Coach and develop others to ensure organizational success; identify talent and provide opportunities to learn and grow; recognizes great performance; provides ongoing feedback; addresses performance issues decisively and quickly

    • What Will You Bring :

  • 10 years of marketing experience in comparable products industry, 5 years of experience leading a team
  • College Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite, Marketing Automation Tools, Google Analytics and WordPress, Digital Marketing Platforms
