Job Description : As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our students, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will handle a variety of student interactions, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, always striving to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities :

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support by answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and engaging in live chat sessions.
• Listen attentively to students, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Handle student complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate student records and update the database with relevant information.
• Assist students in navigating our courses / services
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to address student concerns, relay feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first-call resolution rates.
