Capitol Chevrolet, Austin’s #1 Volume Chevy Dealer is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our high-performing Finance Team.
The Finance Director will oversee all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance operations, ensuring profitability, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. You will manage a team of finance managers and work closely with sales leadership to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coach the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
- Maximize product penetration, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Partner with lenders to secure competitive financing and lease programs.
- Ensure all deals are funded promptly and contracts are error-free.
- Collaborate with the GM and department leaders to support dealership profitability targets.
