This position will be an in office role based in our Austin, TX office located near The Domain.

The Finance Business Partner positions will be responsible for partnering key parts of the business organization and its leaders. Reporting to President & CFO, Ashish Joshi, position is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in building a strong financial foundation. As a finance team member in the organization, this highly visible role provides financial leadership to areas of the business driving all financial processes and providing hands-on financial and analytical support.

Responsibilities

This individual will lead near and long-term business partner support to the business activities, including formulating and driving the plan for part of the business or function, providing insightful top and bottom-line analytics, continuously improving processes, identifying areas for cost reduction and cash savings, performing variance analysis, along with other ad-hoc projects. This is a hands-on, in-depth analysis role intended to drive data-based decisions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have an Enterprise SAAS background with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles, experience in developing and maintaining financial models, developing near and long-term plans and strong communication skills. PE background is highly recommended. The role will be based in Austin, TX.

This role will be part of a highly strategic & visible team that partners closely with our exec team and cross-functional business leaders to develop key priorities for the business as well as the financial plan required to deliver on our growth and profitability goals.

• Business partner responsible to develop and execute the financial plan to support Quest's long-term growth and scale objectives.
• Effectively communicate financial information and insights to various stakeholders, including the CEO and CFO.
• Develop and manage key business initiatives for the business or the function it is supporting including annual budget with cross functional business partnership to gather relevant inputs.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and budgeted results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the corporate forecasting and budgeting processes, including Annual Planning as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Be a thought partner to business leaders helping to resolve competing business priorities and determine optimal investment allocation by function.
• Prepare financial analysis, business insights and presentation materials for regular financial and business updates to the leadership team.
• Partner with accounting to support month-end close, flux review processes, and deliver high-quality financial reporting.
• Design, automate, and optimize flexible finance processes to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
• Own delivery of results along with the business leader
