Service to Sales Manager – McCarthy Hyundai Blue Springs is growing fast and looking to add great talent to our team. We are looking to add a Service to Sales Manager to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Engage with service customers to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities.
- Build trust and rapport with customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored upgrade options.
- Collaborate closely with both service and sales departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Track and report performance metrics related to service-to-sales conversions.
- Train and support the sales-to-service team in identifying potential upgrade candidates.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Support customer retention and loyalty efforts through proactive follow-up and outreach.
