Max Motors Dealerships is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at our established dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and accurately record their vehicle information and service needs
- Consult with customers to determine their automotive service / repair needs and provide recommendations based on technician diagnosis
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status and any additional services needed
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep customers informed of any delays, changes, or additional services needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting customer retention and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service completion
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Meet and exceed service advisor sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Keep up-to-date on all dealership promotions, service offerings, and manufacturer updates
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements :
