Stonecast Products is looking for a motivated Production Coordinator to join our growing team! This role works across all departments to coordinate production tasks-supporting the flow of drawings, labels, and information that keeps our projects moving. It's an excellent opportunity for a recent Construction Management graduate (or related field) to launch your career and grow with an expanding company.
What You'll Do
- Material Take-Offs : Verify square footage and linear footage of materials from drawings using PDF take-off software.
- Production Planning : Prepare AutoCAD files for sequencing, print and distribute cover sheets / labels, and organize incoming / outgoing documents.
- Piece Drawings : Intake, review, and organize daily drawings from outside consultants; print and distribute to production; serve as the first point of contact for drawing-related questions.
- Data Entry : Maintain spreadsheet logs for core requests, revisions, and other production updates.
- Closeout Documentation : Compile and submit as-built packages including field fixes, core requests, and final construction drawings.
- Development Tasks : Assist with ongoing development and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Educational background in Construction Management or related field.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with Excel, Bluebeam.Experience with AutoCAD preferred, but not required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset.What We Offer
