Job Description
Provide executive oversight of multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, Lead project teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives, Serve as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost controls, and profitability, Monitor construction schedules and implement strategies to mitigate delays or risks, Partner with preconstruction teams on estimating, procurement, and contract strategy, Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards across all projects, Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff to build organizational capability, Collaborate with executive leadership on business development, client pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives, Represent the company in negotiations with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant
Construction related degree, 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, Multifamily experience a big plus, Working knowledge of estimating, bidding, client relations, and trades. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings, Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
