job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead project teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives Serve as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost controls, and profitability Monitor construction schedules and implement strategies to mitigate delays or risks Partner with preconstruction teams on estimating, procurement, and contract strategy Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards across all projects Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff to build organizational capability Collaborate with executive leadership on business development, client pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives Represent the company in negotiations with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Construction related degree 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management Multifamily experience a big plus Working knowledge of estimating, bidding, client relations, and trades. Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients. Size : $250-300M Annual Project variety : multi-family, senior living, education, healthcare, and corporate offices Project size : generally $15M-$20M Self-perform : carpentry, masonry, and a variety of other trades Competitors : CD Smith, CG Schmidt, Berghammer Culture : cutting edge firm with a family-like feel Project locations : Milwaukee area Workstyle : Hands off management approach Reputation in industry : great relationships with subcontractors Pipeline : projects through late 2026 30+ years of experience Unmatched craftsmanship Comprehensive services Client-focused approach Proven track record Safety as a priority A competitive base salary between $150,000-$170,000 Competitive bonus structure, project / profit based Full benefits - 85 / 15 split on health Generous 401K structure (5% match) $850 / m car allowance & gas card Company profit sharing Robust career advancement opportunity Strong training programs 15-20 PTO Days, 9 paid holidays
