Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An experienced Pharmacy Technician is needed for a high-volume outpatient retail pharmacy setting. This position is based in Norristown, PA, and is offered as a contract opportunity.

Responsibilities include accurately preparing and dispensing medications, assisting pharmacists with prescriptions and customer service, and maintaining inventory within a busy retail environment. The role demands keen attention to detail and the ability to efficiently handle a fast-paced workflow.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in a high-volume retail setting
• Certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) or Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) credential is strongly preferred; willingness to obtain certification within six months of hire is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt start times flexibly between 7 : 30 a.m. and 9 : 00 a.m., with end times between 4 : 00 p.m. and 5 : 30 p.m.
