As the Maintenance Director at The Villages on MacArthur in Irving, TX , you will be responsible for ensuring that the building, equipment, and utilities are maintained in accordance with the facility policies and local, state, and federal regulations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Performs functions to facilitate a safe, comfortable, attractive, and well-maintained environment.
• Follows preventative maintenance programs for major equipment (i.e., HVAC, ice machines, plumbing systems, water heaters, other equipment) as needed.
• Performs repairs and / or replacements to equipment and the physical facility as necessary.
• Oversees related vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Maintains and monitor related budgets.
• Coordinates compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory codes and guidelines, including, but not limited to fire and life safety regulations.
• Ensures that the outside of the property is maintained, including monitoring of landscaping and snow removal companies, where necessary.
