We’re expanding our presence and are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to establish and lead our new Sioux Falls, SD office. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a region, build a local team, and shape the future of our operations in South Dakota.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and lead our Sioux Falls office, serving as the local point of contact and operations leader.
• Manage and deliver civil infrastructure projects, primarily in wastewater treatment, conveyance, and utility infrastructure.
• Oversee design-build projects from concept through construction.
• Guide and perform technical civil design, with a secondary focus on structural elements.
• Build and lead a high-performing local engineering team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, agencies, and local partners.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client acquisition.
• Navigate local permitting, regulations, and design standards.
