CAMS (Community Association Management Services) local HOA Management firm is in search of a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist in the management of an on-site community located in Durham, NC 27703.

Hours of Work : Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate : $20.00 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Community Manager in all aspects of the job
  • Greet, welcome and direct homeowners that come into the office / clubhouse
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Must be proficient in software usage / technology
  • Assist with communication to community board of directors
  • Schedule and prepare and attend regular board meetings. Take meeting minutes at the board meetings.
  • Maintain communication with homeowners
  • Prepare homeowner packets
  • Sell real estate signs and monitor inventory
  • Maintain the community owner website
  • Respond to homeowner needs
  • Assist in the analysis of monthly financial reports, learn to create variance reports for the boards of directors
  • Contribute to monthly management reports
  • Contact vendors for community maintenance and special projects
  • Other items as needed and assigned

    The pay rate for this position is $20 / hourly.
