Reservationist

Casa Nela is looking for a full-time Reservationist with a passion for hospitality to join our team. If you are obsessed with food, beverage and providing a great guest experience, we want to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS :

• Must have excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Must be able to maintain composure and professionalism while answering multi line phone system and handling various guest requests in a timely manner
• Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred)
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Part-Time weekend availability - Saturdays & Sundays required
• Shifts ranging during the week in mornings & evenings (up to 30-35 hours)
• Experience with Resy a must
• Positive attitude; a team player that's willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time!
